The rector also hoped that the three volumes would be translated into English and would be spread with the help of Internet, so that the foreign reader will understand what Nakhichevan issue is and why it is important for us.

"This voluminous monograph is the result of the author’s prolonged work. In the work based mainly on the archival documents it is revealed what sequences had Kemal - Bolshevik cooperation on Armenia>>. "Nakhichevan is a territory of historical Armenia and we can’t be indifferent to this issue. The ways of solving this issue, the role of it in Armenian-Azerbaijani, Armenian-Russian, and Armenian-Turkish relations are given, how and why the issue was moved to the sphere of Russian-Turkish relations, and Soviet Armenia was moved out from the process of diplomatic solution, the discussion of the issue at conferences, the last one was the conference of Kars in 1921",- mentioned the author of the book Edik Zohrabyan
